  4. نقلب المقادير ثم نضع الفريكة.ونقلب قليلاً ثم نسكب الماء الساخن حسب طلب الطبخه.
  5. نغطيها ونتركها تنضج وتتسبك ويكون قوامها متوسط.لا سائلة ولا غليظة.....
  6. نسكبها في صحون شوربة وبتقدري تزينيها بالبقدونس المفروم....وصحتين.
