  3. نضع الدجاج والسمان في الشبك فوق قدر الرز في فرن المندي ونسكر عليه ونشغل الغاز لمدة نصف ساعة ثم نسكر الغاز ونخليه نصف ساعة ثم نفتحه ونقدمه وماشاء الله وبالعافيه. كبسه بفرن المندي
  4. معلومه: يفضل قدر فرن المندي مسطح وسيع حتى يصب عليه من فوق الدجاج اوغيره لتطعيم الرز.
