  2. توضع في أعواد خشب نضع طماطم وفوقها مكعب دجاج وفوقها مكعب فلفل وفوقها مكعب دجاج وفوقها مكعب بصل وفوقها مكعب دجاج وتكرر العملية حتى ينتهي المقدار.
  3. نضعها ع شواية كهرباء مع التقليب من ان لآخر او ع شبكة الفرن وبعد ماتنضج نحط لها فحمة مولعه ب الوسط ونطفيها بملعقة زيت وتغطي لوقت التقديم وبالهنا.
