  2. في نفس الطنجره ضيفي الشعيريه وقلبي ثم العدس يجب ان يكون منقوع قبل ساعتين ثم ضيفي الارز وقلبي ثم المعكرونه قلبي جيداً ضيفي م ك كمون وم ك ملح ثم المريخ بالماء فقط نغطي وجهه حتي لا يعجّن غطيه واتركيه يستوي ع نار هادئه.
  3. في مقلاة ضعي ٢ م ك زيت ثم م ك ثوم مدقوق قلبي ثم عصير نصف ليمون ومعلقتين خل ابيض وفوقهم الطماطم المعصورة وصلصة البندوره والشطه الحاره حسب الرغبه ضيفي ملح وكمون وكزبره ناشفه واتركيها تتسبك.
  4. لتحضير دقّة الكشري: في مقلاة ضعي م ك زيت ثم م ك ثوم ناعم قلبي ثم ضيفي م ص كزبره وم ك خل والقليل من الملح واتركيها ع النار قليلا تتسبك.
  5. الان نجهز صحن التقديم نضع الكشري وفوقه البصل ونزين وجهه بالصلصه والحمص.
