5. نعمل سيرو كاس تاي سكر نتركة يتكرمل قليلا ونضيف كأس وربع ماء نتركهم يغلو 5دقائق ونتركه يبرد غير نخرج الكيك نسقيه بالسيرو حوالي ثلاث ملاعق في كل وحدة وزينتهم باللوز ايفيلي.
