2. نحمس كشنة البصل الى ان تذبل وتخلط بالمعكرونه والشعريه والارز ونضع قليل من زيت الكشنه على المعكرونه حتى تكتسب نكهه.
3. نخلط البصل بالنشا والملح قبل القلي حتى يكون مقرمش ونقليه الى ان يتشقر ويرفع.
4. نخلط مكونات الدقوس بالطحانه ثم على النار حتى تتسبك قليلا وتطفئ.
5. عند التقديم نضع الكشري وفوقه البليله ثم البصل المقلي والدقوس ويزين بالبقدونس 🍝.
