  5. ثم اضيف الملح قليل جداً لان الزيتون الاخضر مالح ثم اضيف ايضا الزيتون و الجزر والبطاطا وفي الاخير اسقيها بكأس ماء مخلط بالزعفران وارش عليها الزيت كمية قليلة جداً واغطيها واتركها على نار هادئة لمدة 45 دقيقة لما تبقى 10 دقائق على استواءها اضيف البصل المقطع.
