  1. يبشر البصل ويحمر مع زيت زيتون ويوضع بعدها الصلصه ثم الدجاج والبهارات ويترك الدجاج ٤٠ دقيقه على نار هادئة.
  2. وبعد ما يستوي الدجاج يحمر في الفرن ويوضع الرز على مرقه الدجاج ونضيف بهارات على الرز وعود قرفه وفلفل أخضر حار بدون تقطيع.
  3. يبشر الجزر ويوضع عليه زيت زيتون وكمون وفلفل اسود وملح ويترك على النار لمده ربع ساعه وبعدها يوضع الزبيب عليه.
  4. وبالعافيه 🌹.
