  5. بعدين نضع اللبن وواقلبهم بايدي عشان العجين مايشدش معاكي.
  6. ادهني صينيه سمنه وضعي فيها الخليط بتاعك وقومي بتسويته يالسكينه او بالمعلقه.
  7. بعدين تدخل الفرن على درجة حرارة 200ولمده15دقيقه.
  8. بعدين خرجيها واسقيها الشربات البارد.
  9. الشربات: نخلطها ونتركها عالنار لدرجه الغليان 10دقايق والف هنا وشفا.
