  3. نضيف البندورة المفرومه والثوم المدقوق والصلصة وتقريبا كوبين من ماء سلق اللحم ونضيف اللحم والكزبره ونعدل الملح.
  4. نخليها تغلي ٥ دقائق على الغاز ثم ندخلها الى الفرن من الاسفل على حراره ٢٠٠ تقريبا ٤٠ دقيقه.
  5. نحمر الوجه وتقدم.
