  2. في قدر على النار اضع شوية زيت واضع عليه بصل مقطع صغير.
  3. اقلب البصل لحد ما يذبل واضيف فصوص الثوم واقلبهم بعدين اضيف العدس مع البهارات واقلبهم مع بعض.
  4. اضيف الماء الساخن على العدس واتركهم يغلو مع بعض خمسه دقائق بس.
  5. اضيف الرز المصري بعد غسله واحرك الخليط كويس.
  6. اضيف ماء مغلي على الرز بحيث يغمر الماء الخليط وازبط الملح وبس يغلي اهدي الغاز تحته واغلق غطاء القدر.
  7. في مقلاة على الغاز احمر البصل المقطع جوانح لحد ما يصير لونه ذهبي.
  8. انشل البصل من الزيت واضعه على ورق المطبخ.
  9. بعد ما تستوي المجدره اضيف عليها شوية من الزيت اللي قليت فيه البصل واقلبهم بشوكه واغرف المجدره وازينها بالبصل وتقدم مع سلطه ومخلل وصحه.
