  2. بعد ذلك نقوم بوضع البهارات : الملح الابزار الزيت بنوعيه و نضعه فوق نار هادئة ثم نقوم بوضع كمية الماء من المستحسن طهي الطاجين فوق نار طبيعية يعني مجمر لتزيده لذة 🙂.
  3. اما اذا وضعناه فوق قنينة غاز او كما نقول نحن المغاربة بوطة فإن الوقت اللازم لاستوائه هي ساعة او 45 دقيقة من اللازم ان تكون نار هادئة 😊.
  4. من الضروري ان نقوم بمراقبة الطاجين كل 15 دقيقة اذا نشف من الماء نقوم بوضع القليل 😊.
