  6. يخفق البيض مع ملح وفلفل ويضاف له الحليب ويخفق جيدا ويضاف على الخضار.
  7. تخفف النار جدا يغطى الاناء ويترك مدة ربع ساعه تقريبا حتى تنضج من القاع.
  8. وتحمر من الاعلى بالفرن او تقلب في نفس الوعاء وتحمر.
