  3. نسلق المعكرونه ونضع في طاسه معلقتين زيت ونضع فصوص الثوم المفرومه ونشوحها ثم نضع عليها الطماطم المفرومه ونضع عليها خل وملح وبهارات وشطه حسب الحاجه وتترك حتى النضج..
  4. نأتي بالبصل المقطع ونضع عليه ملح ودقيق ونشا وفي طاسه بها زيت وفير حتى يقدح ثم نضع البصل بالدقيق والملح والنشا حتى يحمر وينشف مثل الشيبسي..
