- وبعد نضج الدجاجه نشخل مويه الدجاج ونحمر الدجاجه في الفرن.
- تحمير الدجاجه : نضع ملعقه من ماء الدجاج وملعقه صلصه ونخلطهم ونغطي بهن الدجاجه ونحمرها في الفرن.
- نعدل ملحه الماء اذا يحتاج ملح نضيف له وكذلك الماء ثم نضيف الارز و جزرتين مبشورات والحبحر ومعهن الزبيب ويترك على نار عاليه حتى يجف الماء ثم يقصر له حتى يزين ، ويضاف له الكشنه عند التقديم.
- الكشنه : بصلتين يقطع صغير ويضع عليهن الزيت ونص مكعب ماجي وفلفل اسود وليمون اسود مطحون وكركم وتقلب على النار قليلا ثم تضاف فوق الارز.. وبالعافيه.
