- من بعد ندير له الزيت وطماطم مصبرة وندخلهم فيه ملييح ونردو يفور فوق النار مابين الطاجين انتاعنا يطيب (يستوي)ويعقاد.
- نحي المردود من فوق القدرة ونصبو في الطاجين ونخلط مرة وحدة ونخليه على نار هادية يتشرب لاصوص وبالصحة والراحة.
