4. نطرح العجينة فوق كيس غذائي شفاف نطرح السمك خشين و نطبع بطابع الزهرة او قلب او اي شكل ثم ندخله الثلاجة نصف ساعة حتى تحكم روحها بالبنصو نضع البيض و ندردر شويا شابيغ و نقليه نحمرو مليح على جوانب من بعد نقدمو فب صحون و نضع فوقه شويا مرق ابيض ليصبح طري و جاهز للاكل شهية طبيبة للجميع اكتبولي ارائكم.
