- ويترك على نار هاديه الى ان يختفي الماء.
- توضع الدجاجه في صينيه فرن وتدهن بزيت زيتون ومعجون طماطم وملح وكمون وتدخل الفرن لتتحمر فقط.
- لكل كوب رز كوبين ماء.
