  2. ونقطع الكرنب ونقطعو تقطيع عشوائي بعدما نكون غسلتو مليح ونرميه مع البصل ونخليه يتقلى.
  3. ثم نرابي 3سنات ثوم ونضيفهم معهم وملح اكيد.
  4. نخليهم يتقلاو مليح ثم نسكب عليهم كأس شاي ماء ونغلق عليهم الكوكوط ونخليهم يطبو على نار هادئة راح يزيد الكرنب يطلق مائه ثاني ويكمل الطياب.
  5. بعد الطياب ولما ينشف تماما نقلي حبة بطاطا نضيفها.
  6. في بلاطو ليدخل الفرن نفرغ الخليط ونكسر 3او 4بيضات ونخلطهم مليح ونضيفلهم شوي حليب وتسكبهم فوق الكرنب ونضع فوقهم فرماج رابي وندخلهم الفرن يطيب من تحت ومن فوق حتى تحما ر وتعطينا اللون الذهبي وشهية طيبة.
