يوضع الخليط على البانيه ويقلب وينقع فيه ٣ساعات والافضل ليله..
للتسويه نجهز ٣بيض وعليه ملح وفلفل وربع ملعقه خل وتقلب فيه البانيه..
ونضع الزيت على النار ونجهز بقسماط وعليه فيجتار حار او بارد ونقلبهم..
نخرج البانيه من البيض ونضعه فى خلطة الفيجتار ونضغط عليه حتى تتماسك الطبقه..
ثم نضع البانيه فى الزيت الساخن حتى يأخذ اللون الذهبى..
