  6. {Make ready of ملون طعام للكنافة.

  1. تفتت عجينة الكنافة باليد أو يمكن وضعها بمحضرة الطعام و تطحن خشن.
  2. نضيف لها معلقتين سمنة و قليل من القطر و ملون الطعام البرتقالي و تفرك.
  3. تفرد في صينية و ترص جيداً باليد.
  4. نضع عليها الجبنة العكاوي بعد تصفيته و عصره جيداً من الماء.
  5. ثم نرش فوقه الجبن الموزاريلا.
  6. و نضعها بالفرن محمى سابقا على درجة حرارة ٢٠٠.
  7. بواسطة محارم المطبخ نطبطب على الجبنة حتى نزيل الماء من على الوجه (حتى لا تصبح طبقة رطبه بين الكنافه و الجبنة).
  8. عندما تبدأ الحواف بتغير لونها للأشقر نضع غطاء على الصينية و تترك خمس دقائق بالفرن (حتى تسيح الجبنة).
  9. نخرج الصينيه من الفرن و نتركها دقيقتين مغطاه ثم نقلبها و نصب عليها القطر الدافئ و تزين بالفستق الحلبي.
