1. نخلط المواد الجافة نضع الحليب والماء في الخلاط ثم نظيف المواد الجافة ونخلطها مدة ٣ دقائق ونتأكد من عدم تكتل والتصاق العجينة في الخلاط.
2. نخمرها مدة نصف ساعة في هذه الأثناء نحضر القشطة نخلط الحليب والنشأ والسكر جيداً قبل اضافتها على النار ثم نضعها على نار متوسطة مع التحريك المستمر إلى أن تثخن نرفعها ثم نسكب عليها القشطة ونمزجها ونبردها جيداً.
3. نحضر القطر بخلط المواد ووضعها على نار متوسطة لمدة ٥ دقائق تقريبا بعد الغليان.
4. الان نحضر مقلاة غير لاصقة نصب الخليط على شكل دوائر باستعمال فنجان صغير عندما تنشف نرفعها وضعها في صحن وتغطي بفوطة نظيفة بعد أن تبرد نحشيها ونقدمها مع القطر وبالعافية.
5. يمكن حشوها وقليها ووضعها بقطر بارد.
6. ملاحظة انا عملت نصف الكمية لشخصين.
