  1. ناخذ نصف الكميه التي توجد بالعلبة نقصها قليلا بالمقص ونذوب السمنه ونفركها لمدة 5 دقائق او حتى نتاكد انا شربت السمنه بالكامل.
  2. نحضر صينيه فرن مقاس وسط مدهونة بقليل من السمنه ونضع عليها الكنافة ونمدها وبنفس الوقت نرصها.
  3. نعجن القشطة بملقعة قطر(شيرة).
  4. ندخل الكنافة الى الفرن مفتوحة النار من تحت فقط لمدة 10 دقائق ثم نخرجها ونضع القشطه.
  5. نرجهعا الى الفرن لمدة دقيقتين او ثلاث دقايق والنار مشغلة من فوق فقط.
  6. نخرجها من الفرن نضع عليها القطر (الشيرة) ونضع الفستق وتقدم وهي ساخنة وصحة وهنا.
