  1. يتم فرك الكنافة مع السمن والزيت وتقسم الى نصفين نضع النصف الأول ثم نضع القشطة ثم نضع باقي الكنافة وتدخل الى الفرن على درجة حرارة ١٨٠ من الأسفل فقط لمدة نصف ساعة ثم تقلب وتدخل الى الفرن لمدة ٢٠ دقيقة وبعد ها تقلب في صحن التقديم ونضع عليها الشيرة وتزين حسب الرغبة.
  2. نحضر القشطة المنزلية كوبين حليب سائل وملعقتين دقيق وأربع ملاعق سميد وملعقة ماء زهر وسكر حسب الرغبة تحرك ع البارد ثم نشعل النار لمدة ١٠ دقائق تقريباً حتى يصبح القوام سميك.
  3. الشيرة نضع ٢ كوب سكر مع كوب ماء وعصرة ليمون ونضعها حتى النار لمدة ٧،٨دقائق.
