  1. ندهن بالصينيه بالقليل من السمن.
  2. نقوم بقص عجينة الكنافه بواسطه مقص المطبخ انا استخدمت عجينه كنافه صنع بيتي (الطريقه موجوده في قائمه وصفاتي).
  3. نقوم بإضافة السمن المذاب إلى العجينه ونقوم برصه بشكل جيد في الصينه ونضغط عليها.
  4. نفتفت الجبنه البلديه ونخلطها جيدا مع جبنة الموزريلا.
  5. نضع الجبنه على طبقه العجينة ونرصها بشكل جيد جدا.
  6. نقوم بإضافة الفستق الحلبي على الجبنه.
  7. بعد ذلك تدخل إلى الفرن بدرجه حراره 180 درجه مئويه محمى مسبقا تحتاج تقريبا إلى ربع ساعه.
  8. بعد ما تخرج من الفرن نقوم بقلبها ونشربها بالقطر البارد والفستق الحلبي..
  9. بالنسبه القطر نضيف الماء والسكر والليمون ونضعهم على الغاز ونحرك جيدا على يذوب السكر ويترك حتى يغلي قليلا لمدة دقيقتين ويترك حتى يبرد..
