- اقطع الكرمب مربعات رقيقة و اطهيه على البخار جيدا بعدها اقطرها جيدا من الماء اضعه في مقلاة مع القليل من الزيت و افرم الجزر و اضيفه للكرمب مع الملح و اتركهم على نار متوسطة حتى يتحمرو جيدا اضيف بصلة مفرومة مع ثوم و اتركه يذبل معهم ثم اطفئ النار اضيف كاس حليب اخلط كي تنخفض درجة الحرارة ثم اضيف 3 بيض و اخلط اضيف الجبن و التوابل و ادهن المول بالزيت و اضع الخليط وادهن وجه الغراتان ببيضة كاملة و دخله الفرن حتى تتحمر اطرافه و ياخذ لون محمر... #شهية_طيبة.
