  2. بعد الاختمار نطرح العجينة بشكل دائري بسمك رقيق نضع الجبن على الحواف ندهن ببياض بيض الحواف ونغلق ثم نقوم بوضع الجبن في كل الدائرء ونزينها بالجمبري وشرائح الفلفل الاخضر والاحمر ونضع السردين المخلل المملح والقليل من اللحم المفروم كذالك شرائح صغيرة لزيتون اسود كما هو موضح في الصورة ندخلها الفرن وعند اخراجها ندهنها بزيت الزيتون وشهية طيبة.
