  1. لعمل الصلصة / بقدر على نار خفيفه نذوب الزبده ، في إناء اخر على نخلط الصفار مع الماء وعصير الليمون حتى يتغير لونه وتظهر فقاعات نرشه بالملح والفلفل ثم نضعه على حمام مائي حتى يصبح اصفر فاتح ثم نرفعه عن النار ونضيف الزبده المذابه بالتدريج ونخلط (نضيف ملعقتين اواكثر من الزبده ونخلط ثم نضيف ملعقتين ونخلط وهكذا) ولا نضيف الجزء الابيض من الزبده.
  2. بمقلاه نضع الزيت والزبده ونسخنهم ثم نضيف السلمون مع رشه بالملح والفلفل ولا نقلبه الا بعد ان يتغير لون اسفله ونرش الوجه الاخر بالملح والفلفل ونحاول ان نسقي السمك من خلطه الزبده ثم توزع بصحون التقديم وترش بالزعتر ثم نسكب فوقها قليل من الصلصة (ممكن ان تقدم موجوده بوصفاتي مع البطاطا بالبقدونس - موجوده بوصفاتي - والرز) تقدم بالعافيه.
