  4. نتبل السمك باثوم والكزبره والزبده ونضع البطاطس المقطعه بين شرائح السمك كما هو موضح بالصوره واخر خطوه نضيف عصير الليمون ونغطي بورقة زبده تانيه ثم نحكم الغلق بالفويل 👌🏻.
  5. ندخلها الفرن على حراره عاليه مدة عشر دقائق ثم نخفف الحراره ل 180 ونتركه في الفرن لمده نصف ساعة.
  6. نقدمه مع ارز بالبصل (ارز السمك المعروف) وخضار مشوي ومتبل مسبقا بزيت زيتون وملح وفلفل وكزبره ناشفه ❤️.
