  3. نغسل العدس كويس جداً ثم نضيف ٣معلقة زيت من اللي ثم تحمير البصل فيه ونشوح العدس كويس في الزيت.
  4. نضيف ٢كوب ماء للعدس بعد الغليان نضيف الرز للعدس ونهدي النار.
  5. نحمر الشعيرية في الزيت ونضيف عليها كوب ماء.
  6. بعد تسوية الشعيرية نضيف لها المعكرونة المسلوقةوتقلب جيداً.
  7. نحمر الثوم في الزيت ونضيف ٣معلقة خل وربع ملعقة صغيرة سكرومعلقة الصلصة.
  8. نضيف الطماطم للتوم والخل ويترك يغلي لخمس دقائق.
  9. نضيف المعكرونة ثم الرز والعدس ونضيف على الوجه الصلصةوالبصل المحمر وبالهنا.
