  4. نصب الخليط على خليط سميد نتحصل على قوام سائل نوعا ما نصبه في صينية الفرن وندخلها على درجة180 من أسفل حتى نرى إحمرار على الجنب نشعلها من الأعلى.
  5. ولمجرد مانتحصل على لون بني قاتم نطفئ عليها ونصب عليها الشاربات ونتركها ليلة كاملة.
  6. ملاحظة(الشاربات على حسب نوعيه السميد أنا بقالي منها كأس)وشهيه طيبة.
