  3. حتي نتحصل علي عجينة متماسيك نضعها في كيس بلستيكي و نتركها جانبً نصف ساعة في ثلاجة.
  4. ثم نحلال العجينة و نشكل دوائر صغار ثم نضع ورق طهي في سينية و نضع صابلي و ندخله الفرن علي درجة الحرارة 180c.
  5. ثم عندماء يستوي نلصق كول حبة مع اختها بالمعجون.
  6. ثم نحضر اطالية نخلط نسكافي في ماء حتي تصبح سائل و نسكوب فوق سكر ارطب ولكان لازام نتحصل علي طالية ثقيلة.
  7. ثم نغمس الصابلي في الطالية و نضع حبة جوز من فوق و نتركة يتماسك ليلة كاملة ثم تضعه في اكياس ورقية.
