- التزيين اختياري ويدهن بالقليل من سمن و يدخل الى الفرن على درجه 200. عند ملاخظة احراره من جوانب يطفى عليه من اسفل و يشغل فرن من اعلى الى غاية يأخذ اللون الذهبي يخرج من الفرن ويسقى ومباشرو بالسيرو بارد..
- يترك على الاقل 6 ساعات قبل الاستهلاك.
