  1. نبدا بتحضير صوص الرشته نحط فى طنجرة شوية زيت وسمن او زبدة تم نحط قطع الدجاج حسب افراد العائلة ونشوحهم جيدا ثم نضيف البصل ونحركهم جيدا تم نضيف التوابل ونحركحهم حتى تتشوح كل البصل ونضيف شوية ماء ونتركهم.
  2. نقوم بتقشير اللفت والكوسا وونضيف حبة جزر الزينة واعطاءها منظر ونقطعهم ونضيفهم للمرق ونضيف الكمية الباقية من الماء ونتركهم لينضحو ونضيف قبل ما تكمل الطهي الحمص المنقوع والناضج نصف نضج ونتركهم ينضجو.
  3. نحضر الرشتة نحط عليها زيت ونحط قدرة على نار فيها ماء لما تغلى نحط الرشتة في كسكاس ونحطها تتفور المرة الاولى.
  4. لما تفور ننزعها فى قصعة ونرشها بالماء ونفتحها بايدينا شوى شوي نتركها حتى تتشرب ثم نردها تفرو مرة تانية ونعيد نفس الكرة وفى المرة الثالثة نرشها بمرق ونعاود نفروها لما تفور المرة الاخيرة ننزعها نضيف لها الزبدة ونحركها.
  5. نحضر الطبق ونحط فيه الرشتة ونسقيها بالمرق ونضيف عليها الخضر والدجاج ننزعو من المرق ونحمرو ونحط من فوق ونقدمها.
  6. ونرش عليها قرفة من فوق لزيادة النكهة.
