  2. ثم نضيف الفرينة وخمير كيميائية تدريجياً ونخلط بالفوي اليدوي جيداً حتى يصبح قوامه مثل في صورة.
  3. ثم نضع الخليط في صينية الفرن بالتساوي.
  4. ثم نذخلها الى الفرن مسخن من قبل على درجة حرارة 180 دقيقة من تحت ثم من فوق مدة الطهي 30 دقيقة.
  5. ثم بعد طهي نقسمها الى قطع وكل قطعة نقسمها الى اثنين ونضعها في صينية الفرن ونذخلها الى الفرن لنحمصها من جهتين.
  6. حتى تأخذ لون ذهبي ونقدمها وشهية طيبة.
