- في طنجره نضع قليل من الزيت ونضع قطع الدجاج ثم نرحي اابصل ونضيف التوابل والملح ونتركها تتغلي جيداً ثم تضيف الماء والخضر بعد تقطيعها لنصفين ونضيف الحمص ونتركها حتى تنضج.
- لما ينضج الدجاج ننزعه وننزع قليل من المرق ونتركه جانبا حتى يبرد.
- نحضر الرشته نرشها بالزيت وندهن الكسكاس بالزيت ونضعها تفور للمره الاولى.
- لما تفور جيداً نفرغها في قصعه ونسكب فوقها المرق ونتركها تتشربه ثم نفورها للمره الثانيه ونكرر العمليه ونضيف ملح وزيت ونفورها وفي الاخير ممكن نضيف قليل من زبده.
- عند التقديم نسقيها بالنرق ونزينها بالبيض والخضر والحمص.
