  3. نقوم بخلط المقادير جيدا ثم نقوم بتقسيم الخليط الى جوج وحد نضيف عليه الكاكاو وحد نخليوه ابيض ونخلهم يختمرو مزيان على هدا الشكل.
  4. في الخير كنقوم بطلق العجين الاول ثم اضع فوقه العجين الثاني وأقوم بتقطع على شكل دوائر.
  5. أما الشكل الثاني أقوم بخلط العجين الابيض مع الاسود من بعد كنشكلهم كويرات ونخلهم يختمرو وندهنهم بالبيض ونديرو فوقهم زنجلان.
