- في طنجرة نضع البصل والزيت يتقلاو قليلا ثم نضيف الدجاج والخليع بعدما نكون غسلناه من الملح ثم الطماطم المرحية والثوم ثم بعدها الخضر نكون قطعناها صغير والحمص والعدس ونتبل جيداً ثم نمرق ونخلي الكل يستوي.
- لما يطيب (يستوي)الدجاج والخليع والخضر نضيف كاس العيش تاعي إذا كانت كمية كبيرة نغسل العيش ونفورو وإذا كانت كمية صغيرة نضيفو مباشرة ونضيف معاه طرف شحمة والطماطم المركزة وفلفل دريس او حار ونخلي المرق يعقد.
- وفي الاخير نزين بمعدنوس انا نفضلو هكذا وأي اضافات اخرى اختيارية المهم هذا عيش تاع ولاية سطيف ويختلف مع اختلاف الولاية.
