  3. ندعك العجين قليلا بين الأيدي لنتحصل على عجينة ملساء نتركها تختمر تكون طرية.
  4. بعدما تختمر نشكل العجينة على شكل خبزة دائرية ندهنها بصفار بيضة ممزوجة بملعقة حليب و نرش فوقها بشر الشوكولاتة.
  5. ندخلها للفرن مسخن سابقا على درجة 180 من فوق و تحت لما تكتسب اللون الذهبي نخرجها و لكم الاختيار فالتزيين الاخير أما سكر ناعم أو ناباج (جيلي) مدهون على الوجه.
