  2. نضع البقدونس باناء كبير ونضيف له البصل الاخضر المفروم والطماطم والنعناع والرمان والجوز المجروش والفستق الشرائح والفريكه (المغسوله والمنقوعه نصف ساعة والمسلوقه لمده ٥/١٠ دقائق) ونخلط ونضيف الملح والليمون والقرفه وزيت الزيتون ودبس الرمان قبل التقديم مباشره ثم تزين بالطماطم الكرزيه والرمان الحب والورد المحمدي واوراق النعناع وبالعافيه.
