  3. نعجن المكونات حتى يصبح لدينا عجينة ملساء لا تلتصق.
  4. نقسم العجينة قسمين قسم ثلث وقسم ثلثين.
  5. نمد العجينة الكبيرة داخل صينية ونكون دهنا الصينية بقليل من الزيت لمنع التصاق العجينة.
  6. نقوم بدهن العجينة بالمربى.
  7. ونقوم بإضافة 3ملاعق الطحين على العجينة المتبقية عندنا ونقوم بعجنها حتى تصبح مفتتة.
  8. نوزع العجينة المفتتة فوق المربى.
  9. ندخل ضينية المبروشة الى الفرن على درجة حرارة180 لمدة نصف ساعة.
  10. وبعد ما تخرج نتركها تبرد تماما قبل التقطيع وبعد بردها يتم تقطيعها وتناولها.
