  3. لما يطيب الجاج ننزعو ونضع حبات الكفتة تحبي تقليها في شوية زبدة او تحطيها من غير قلي نتركها تطيب مع حبات زيتون يكون منزوع الملح مسبقا.
  4. نحمر الدجاج ونقدمها بعدما طابت الكفتة وخثار المرق نضعها في صحن التقديم مع رشة معدنوس وعصير ليمون بصحا والهناء.
