  2. ناتي بصينيه مدهونه بزيت ذره ثم نأخذ قطعه من العجينه ونفردها ثم نرشها بالسمسم ونضغط جيداً ثم نضع المربى ونفرده كويس (ممكن تسيحي بالميكرويف) ثم نأخذ قطعه من العجينه المتبقيه ونضفلها طحين لحتى تجمد كوبس ونبرشها على الوجه.
  3. تدخل الفرن وصحتين وهنا.
