  3. بعدما تخمر نشكل أقراص و نحشي وسطهم شكولاطة أو معجون أو أي شي تحبونه.
  4. ثم نضعهم فصينية و نتركهم يخمرو بعدما يختمرو ندهنوهم بصفارببضة مضاف اليه قليل من الحليب أو القهوة وندخله الفرن المسخن من قبل على درجة حرارة ١٨٠ من فوق وتحت في نفس الوقت.
  5. وشهية طيبة.
