  3. حتى يصبح لدينا عجينه لينه نفرد ثلاثة ارباع العجينه في صينيه مدهونه بالزبده.
  4. ونبرش ربع العجينه المتبقية بعد وضع الحشوه المربى او التمر.
  5. توضع بفرن درجة حرارته 180 ، لمده نصف ساعه تقريبا.
  6. ملاحظه اذا كانت العجينه صعبة البرش نضيف القليل من الطحين.. صحة وهنا...
