  2. نضع العجينة في صينية مناسبة ونفردها جيداً ونترك منها مقدار صغير تقريباً بحجم كرة المضرب لتزيين الوجه لو كان المربى قوامه سميك نقوم بخلطه بالقليل من الماء وتحريكه جيداً حتى يسهل توزيعه على العجينة إستعملت مربى الفراولا وممكن تستبدليه بأي نوع مربى مفضل لديك.
  3. وبعدها نأخذ العجينة المتبقية ونضيف عليها دقيق ونعجنها جيداً نفردها على الطاولة ونقطعها على شكل شرائط رفيعة ونصنع شكل الكاروهات كما في الصور.
  4. نخبزها في فرن متوسط حتى تنضج من الأسفل وبعدها نحمرها تحمير خفيف من فوق.
  5. نتركها لتبرد قليلاً وتقطع وتقدم.
  6. لذيذة جدا جداً وخصوصي بالمربى من عمل إيديك وصحة وهنا.
