  1. اولا نحضر الكوسه ونغسلها جيدا ثم نقسم كل واحده الي قسمين ونقور كل قسم بس حسابي ما تقوريش كتير علشان الكوسه يكون ليها قوام ثم في ماء مغلي نضعها تغلي خمس دقايق فقط.
  2. نشوح البصله المقطعه ثم ننزل باللحمه حتي تكون نصف طياب ثم بالبهارات والملح والفلفل والشطه والماشروم والفلفل الرومي والبسله والجزر المقطع قطع صغيره حتي ينطبخوا ثم تضعيهم في مصفاه لان اللحمه المفرومه بتنزل دهن كتير ولازم نتخلص من الدهن.
  3. ندهن الصينيه بجزء من بالباشاميل ثم نضع الكوسه واحده جنب واحده ونحشيهم بخلطة اللحمه بالخضروات ثم نضع الباشاميل علي كل واحده كما هو موضح في الصوره.
  4. ندخلها الفرن علي ١٨٠ تحت حوالي ثلث ساعه وعندما تطيب نطلعها ونرش الموزاريلا ونحطها تحت الشوايه حتي يحمر الوجه وبالف هنا حلوه حلوه كتير..
  5. ودي بعد ما خرجتها يا سلام مع شوية ارز بالشعريه صغيرين.
