- في وعاء الخلاط نضع بيض يخفق مع سكر الى ان يصبح ابيض وبعدها نضيف زيت تدريجيا وفاني وقشور برتقال ونضيف فرينة وكيسين خميرة كيميائية الى ان نتحصل على عجينة تتلاصق نقسمها نصفين غير متساوين حجم اكبر نتركها ترتاح ونصف صغير نضيفوله فرينة الى ان تصبح قاسية.
- في وعاء نخلط معجون مع ملعقتين نشاء وقليل من مبشور برتقال صينية فرن مدهونة نبسط عجينة كبيرة.
- ونضع فوقها معجون ونسويه نبرش عجينة صغيرة بمبرشة جزر ونسويها على على سطح معجون ونغطي فراغات ونسويها وندخلها للفرن على درجة 180 د الى ان تستوي وصحة وهنا.
