  4. والعجينة الباقية تمد بصينية وتوضع بالبراد نصف ساعة.
  5. تخرج العجينة من البراد ونفرد فوقها المربى ثم نخرج العجينة من القريزة ونبرشها فوق المربى.
  6. ثم توضع بالفرن حتى تحمر الاطراف ثم تحمر من فوق تخرج وتترك لتبرد ثم تقطع وتقدم.
