Instructions to make المبروشة:

  1. نضع البيضة مع الفانيليا ونخفقها ثم نضيف السكر ونقلب ثم باقي المكونات اخر شي الدقيق نضيفه تدريجيا مع العجن حتى نحصل على عجينة لينة متماسكة.
  2. نقسم العجينة ثلثين للفرد وثلث للبرش عالوجه.
  3. بصينية فرن نفرد العجينة ثم ندهن المربى ونرش الجوز ثم نبرش القسم المتبقي من العجينة عالوجه(ممكن اضافة القليل من الطحين عالعجينة حتى يسهل برشها).
  4. تدخل الفرن الحامي على درجة حرارة200 تقريبا حتى نرى الاطراف بدأت تتحمر نطفي الفرن من تحت ونشغل الشواية حتى يتحمر الوجه.
  5. ملاحظة :يجب ان تكون السمنة بدرجة حرارة الغرفة.
  6. ممكن اضافة البيكنج بودر لمن يحب العجينة نافشة بس عائلتي بتحبها هيك اكتر بتقرش قرش 😄مابتحبها سميكة كتير.
